Acceptance of Terms
By continuing with the onboarding process or using Spotted, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Spotted maintains a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable, harmful, abusive, or illegal content. This includes harassment, threats, hate speech, explicit content, doxxing, stalking, or any other behavior that creates an unsafe environment.
Users who violate these rules may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently banned without notice.
User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you post on Spotted. You must ensure that anything you publish:
- Does not include private or personal information about others without their explicit permission
- Does not infringe on copyright or contain materials you do not have the right to use
- Does not promote violence, discrimination, hate, or illegal activities
- Does not threaten or endanger the safety of yourself or others
If you see content that violates these terms, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools. If you wish to hide content that you find objectionable but does not violate these terms, you may use the blocking features provided within the app. This can be done by tapping the "Block" button on the relevant user profile.
Location Safety
Spotted may allow content that includes locations. You agree not to post sensitive, private, or dangerous locations that could put any person at risk. You must have the right to share any location you submit.
Moderation & Enforcement
Spotted uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove objectionable content. Reports submitted by users are reviewed promptly, and action may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account bans.
While we work to maintain a safe environment, Spotted is not responsible for user-generated content. Users who encounter content that violates these terms should report it immediately through the in-app reporting tools.
Account Actions
Spotted reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that harms the platform or its community.
